Have a light snack or meal at least 15 minutes before your visit

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, as it is reserved especially for you. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the following fees will apply:

New Patient No-Show Fee: $60

No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $40

All fees are non-refundable.

Fees cannot be carried over into the next calendar year.

Treatment plans must be completed within the designated time frame outlined in your plan.
